Self-leadership Circles

Small groups. Deep work. Real change at work.

Our flagship program for teams under pressure - where people learn to lead themselves and each other, even when stakes are high.

What is a Self-leadership Circle?

A Self-leadership Circle is a small-group, 8-week journey for people who work together (or lead others) and want a different way to handle pressure, conflict, and change.

  • 8–16 participants

  • 8 weekly sessions of 60–90 minutes

  • Fully remote (or hybrid, by design)

  • Led by two facilitators - an IFS practitioner and an organizational psychologist
     

In each circle, people:
 

  • learn to notice what happens inside when pressure hits,

  • learn to work with their parts (defensiveness, shutdown, perfectionism, people-pleasing),

  • and practice accessing more clarity, calm, courage, and connection in real work situations.
     

It’s NOT therapy.

It’s NOT a training where you take notes and forget them.

 

It’s a space where people get honest about what’s happening, learn simple tools, and then try them in real time.

Why Circles

(and not just another training)?

  • inner patterns (parts),

  • real relationships in the team.
     

People don’t just learn a framework - they learn to stay more present when they’re triggered, and to communicate from that place.
